DHL official pit stop stationary time
Therefore, on this site, we will calculate
(Pit lane passing time) – (Stationary time)
and try to quantify the performance of the drivers’ stops and starts in the pit boxes. I define this time as “box performance” on this site.
The box performance of the Mexican GP was as follows. Also, since there were a lot of pit stops this time, we omitted the lower ranks.
Table 1 Box performance

Hamilton set the fastest time, followed by Russell. The top drivers were as expected, with usual strong contenders like Gasly and Hulkenberg, as well as Ferrari drivers, Sargeant and Zhou, who often show excellent performance.
Tsunoda and Perez, who are known for their pit stop skills, did not have a clear pit stop this time, and FYI, Tsunoda had to change his front wing on lap 9.
